Catriona Johnston is trying to locate officers who served in Glasgow in late 60s and were Gaelic speakers.
She is a freelance researcher/producer ( based on the Isle of Skye) currently attached to a project that STV are producing.

BEST VALUE SERVICE REVIEW OF OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH SERVICE AND EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAMME.
Staff from Strathclyde Police, Corporate Planning and Development, are currently conducting a Best Value Service Review of the Occupational Health Service and Employee Assistance Programme provided within Strathclyde Police. The period of review is from the formation of the present unit in 2004.
To allow this review to progress, and ensure that an accurate reflection of the service provision is obtained, it is essential that the views of those who have utilised the services are represented and fully considered within the terms of the review.
The subject of the review is such that all interviews will be conducted in strictest confidence at a location to suit the interviewee. No user will be approached requesting an interview and the final report will adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines and ensure the anonymity of all those who contribute.
Many of those who have utilised the Occupational Health Service and Employee Assistance Programme will now have left Strathclyde Police. Others may be relatives who have had cause to access the services provided as a result of illness of family members or bereavement. Their opinions are of equal value to the review and it is requested that the following contact details be passed to any person who may meet this criteria and who may be willing to assist with the review.
